Husband.
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of November
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and detercaines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties;•and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably. broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds

of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICHAEL PAL!~SER, age 17, and

F~TIDY PALr,1;R, age 14 ,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
CERALDItIE S. PALr?ER, with reasonable visitation '
rights reserved to Respondent, LOUIS K. PALr?ER, JR.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 23rd day of November
1979, LOUIS K. PAL.MER shall pay Meekly to
GERALDI*IE S. PAL~?ER the sum of $ 100.00 for the support of

the child(ren) named above.
