Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to GERALDINE S. FALMER.
In addition there is heret~y assessed the sum of X2.00 as stat~itory
costs to be added to each payment made to the ~lerk. All payments
• shall be made in cash, money or-cler or cashier's check. Both of •
the parties are ordered to keep tl~e' Clerk of t`~is Court advised
of-their mailing and residence adc?resses at all times while this
order is in effect.

4. PFOPCRTY: Petitioner and Respondent agree there is no -
real or personal property to be divided.
5. JtJ1;ISDICTI011: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
• parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders ~
as may be proper.
