Thfs cause came on -for trial the 21st day of November,
19 79, and the Court having given full consideration to all the

evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the
above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the ~
parties and each~of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
I of matrimony heretofore existing between t~h'~in and from the
obligations arising therefrom,
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROBERTA L. MAflAR, born June 26, t
1967, DARLENE E. MAAAR, born December 11, 1972, and WILLIE S. MAAAR,
born February 26, 1976,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
~ NANCY R. MAHAR, with reasonable visitation
~ rights reserved to Respondent, WILLIAM R. MAHP?R.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the. 23rd day of ~r, '
