Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to Debra Herts. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al~ payments shall be.
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times Mhile this
order is fn effect.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES: Respondent fs ordered to pay
Petitioner's attorney's fees and coats in the amount of $
