10. This lease is subject to the addition provisions set forth below, or attached hereto and incorporated herein.
These additional provisions ue identified as follows:
Article S was deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
It is hereby agreed between the parties that, upon the termination of its occupancy,
the Government shall have no obligation to restore and/or rehabilitate, either wholly
or partially, the property which is the subject matter of this lease. It is further
agreed that the Government may abandon in place any or all of the structures and
equipment installed in or located upon said property by the Government during its
tenure. Notice of abandonment will be conveyed to the lessor in writing.
11.. The Government shall have the right of ingress and egress over the existing Cow
Creek Ranch Road and a 30-foot road right-of-way shall enter at the approximate
center of the leased premises.
