do give, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto the said Bette M. Francoline, her
heirs and assigns
a certain piece or parcel of land with the improvements thereon, situated, lying
and being in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
to wit: -
i Lots 23 and 24, Block 1223 of Port St. Lucie Section 8, a subdivision according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 38a, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ Said premises are subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations
~ and easements of record, zoning and other regulatory ordinances and taxes for the
year of 1978.
Being the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by warranty deed of General
Development Corporation dated February 18, 1972 and recorded in Book 200 at Page
1842 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. .
