Party of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H ~
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Will of decedent,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells„ aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Party of the
Second Part, her heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 31, HILLVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 9, page 52, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH ~
1965 Skyline House Trailer (45' long) converted
into a permanent dwelling.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, her heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
t AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
~ the Party of the Second Part, her heirs and assigns, that
_ ~ in all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance, the
laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
