AND ALL PARTIES claiming interests by, through, under or
against WESTERN ENTERPRISES MANAGEMENT COMPANY, a Nevada
corporation; and all parties having or claiming to have any
right, title, or interest in the property herein described.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title of
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, run thence Edst along the Section line
298.6 feet, more or less, to the center line of Old U. S.
Highway Number 1, for the point of beginning; from said
point of beginning, run Northwesterly along said center-
line 186.30 feet to a point; thence run East 9b.3 feet,
more or less, to the West right-of-way line of the New
U. S. Highway Number 1; thence run Southeasterly along
said West right of way line to the Section line; thence
run West along said Section line to point of beginning;
said land situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida,
has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial ~
Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, against known
