NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated
November 25th, 1979, in the above styled cause, wherein MARION
SIZEMORE d/b/a TRUCK & TRAILER SERVICE is Plaintiff and CHARLES
BAXTER d/b/a CHARLES BAXTER TRUCKING is Defendant, I will sell
to the highest and best bidder for cash at 702 South Market Avenue,
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on December 11,
