On the evidence presented IT IS ADJUDGED THAT: 1. This is an action for dissolution of the bonds of marriage between the Petitioner and the Respondent, PATSY JEAN WARREN. 2. The Petitioner has been a resident of the State of 1 Florida for more than six (6) months next prior to the filing of this petition. 3. The Petitioner and the Respondent were married on December 21, 1963, in Ozark, Alabama, and cohabitated together as i husband and wife until June of 1978. 4. The. marriage is irretrievably broken. i 5. There are four children born of this marriage. Their names are Junior Warren, age fourteen (14); Julian Warren, i age thirteen (13); Charles Warren, age twelve (12); and Steve Warren, age eleven (11). 3 IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THIS COURT THAT: ~ i 1. The bonds of marriage between the Petitioner, JAMES WALTER WARREN, and Respondent, PATSY JEAN WARREN,~are dissolved ~ because the marriage is irretrievably broken. ~ _ 2.
