This cause came on for trial the 21st day of November, 1979, ~

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably ~
i
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MARGURIETE W.
KNIGHTEN and JOHNNIE ERVIN KNIGHTEN be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
Z. RESTRAINING ORDER: That JOHNNIE ERVIN KNIGHTEN be and he is
hereby ordered to remove himself and his persona] belongings from the property
heretofore and presently occu led by RI W. KNIGHTEN and that the
said JOHNNIE ERVIN KNIGHTEN
be a he ~s reby enjoined from harassing
and intimidating actions against .~i~
3. PROPERTY: That there is no persona] or real property to be
divided by this Court.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties 3
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
