FINAL JUDGEMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 21st day of November,, 19796 and -the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and de-
termines: This Court i~as jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the

parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
! 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between LELA JOANNA NEELY
and NELSON H. NEELY be and the same is hereby dissolved, .and the

parties and each of ti~em are hereby forever freed from the bonds of f
matrimon heretofore existing between them and from the obligations

arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME LELA JOANNA NEELY BE and she is hereby author- <
ized to assume her former name of LELA JOANNA FULLER and to use the same
in all respects as if the marriage. had not intervened.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying, the other.
~ 4. PROPERTY: It is hereby ordered that the jointly owned 1978 Olsmobile
be awarded to Respondent, NELSON H. NEELY and it is further ordered that
ire bold Petitioner harmless on the debt owing on said automobile.
5. INDEBTEIhVESS: It is ordered that Respondent hold Petitioner harmless
on the $21,000.00 debt owing to Clearwater Federal Savings and Loan,
Clearwater, Florida. It is further ordered that Petitioner be solely responsible
for those debts in her name solely.
