FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MAI~.,~j,OB -
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the day of

, 1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and }
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed
the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and determines: fi
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that tY~e relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between ANTONIO HURTADO, Husband, and
DEBI E. HURTADO, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of the mj~nor female child, to-wit: AUDRA D.
HURTADO, is hereby awarded to the Husband, with reasonable visitation
rights granted to the Wife. The minor child may not be removed from
St. Lucie County, Florida during visitation periods by the Wife. #
3. MARITAL DEBTS: The Husband shall be required to pay all of the
outstanding marital debts. ~

4. PERSONAL PROPERTY: The parties are awarded all personal property
in their possession, the personal property having been previously divided.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
