This cause cams on for trial the 21st day of Diove>a~bsr,
1979 and the Court having given full oonaideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court ha• jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife naa exists between the pettiest and that the

marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:

1. DI3SO~.UTION OF MARRIAGE= The marriage between WINSTON
T. ROURK, JR. and KATHERINE P. ROURK be and the same is hereby die- j
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them anti

from the obligations arising therefroea.
2. PRA: The property settlement stipulation admitted
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply wf th the pro~iaions thereof .

hereby authorized to assume her former name of KATHERINE P. SHULER
and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
inter4ened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
