addresses at all times while this Order is in effect. ~
4. PERSONAL OBLIGATIONS: The Husband, WALTER S. MILLER,
shall assume responsibility for all promissory notes signed by him
individually and jointly with the Wife. Each party will be
responsible for their own personal debts and obligations.
The Husband shall further be rasponsible for paying the
second mortgage on the Silver Lake Park Addition property as part
of the consideration of the Property Settlement entered into herein,
and transfer ownership of the 19?3 Buick to the Wife.
5. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement with
Addendum, admitted into evidence, is hereby incorporated herein by ~
reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
-thereof .
6. ATTORNEY'S FEES: Each party is ordered to pay his or her
own attorney's fees and court costs.'
JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the 3

parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED this ~ day of November, 1979 at
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
