FINAL JUBGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 21st day of November,
1979~and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of ~

husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the !

marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be

dissolved. It is thereupon
.ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARY
JANE CAMPISI and RICHARD CAMPISI be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAWN ANDREA CAMPISI and VINCENT

STEVEN CAMPISI, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to
MARY JANE CAMPISI with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
RICHARD CAMPISI.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the _J~ day of November, 1979,
RICHARD CAMPISI shall pay to MARY JANE CAMPISI the sum of $ -
each and every week, for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the G1erk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARY JANE CAMPISI. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
maoney order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
