4. PROPERTY. There are no issues as to property either
real or personal remaining between the parties.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying,
the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
$250.00 to be reasonable together with costs herein assessed at
$74.00.
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper. -
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, Saint-Lucie County, Florida,
this 21st day of November, 1979.
