DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, having

given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of
this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marria a between PAMELA

YVONNE HUNTER and EUGENE HUNTER, be and the same is hereby dissolved,

~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
i
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the t
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CRYSTAL HUNTER, age 3~ years, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, PAMELA YVONNE
f
HUNTER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband,
EUGENE HUNTER.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the ~ day of `
1979, the Husband, EUGENE HUNTER shall pay to the Wife, PAMELA YVONNE
d HUNTER the sum of each and ever week for the su ort

of the minor child named above. 3
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to PAMELA YVONNE HUNTER. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to
each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
