HOOSER, Husband and SANDRA HOOSER, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 21st day of November, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to ail the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has_jurisdiction of the pa-rties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND .ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DONALD R. HOOSER and SANDRA HOOSER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOSHUA HOOSER, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to SANDRA HOOSER with reasonable visitation rights reserved to DONALD R. HOOSER. lJ~.,/ 3. SUPPORT. Con~nencing the Z-3 day of ~L'o` , 1979, the Husband,)DONALD R. HOOSER, shall pay to SANDRA HOOSER, the sum of $ each and every week, for the support of the child named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by ~ him remitted promptly to SANDRA HOOSER. In addition there is hereby ~ assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each nt made to the Clerk. All a ents shall be made in cash, payme P Yn? _ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
