4. REHABILITATIVE ALIMONY. The Husband is hereby ordered
to pay, as rehabilitative alimony to the Wife, SANDRA HOOSER, all

payments due on the 1977 Pontiac Firebird which is titled in the
Husband's name, which payments are to be made to the Tropical Credit
Union through the Husband's employment at Southern Bell 'telephone,
and the Husband shall transfer title to said car to the Wife when
the debt on the said car is paid off in full and until that time the ~
Wife shall have the sole possession and use of the said car.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the
other.
6. .There is no real or personal property to be divided. l
7. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of $ d 8.9t~ ~
to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and
the Husband, DONALD R. HOOSER is ordered to pay said attorney said
sum together with costs herein assessed at $37.50.
8. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ~
proper. 1
