ORDER
Upon motion of the Intervenor, MONROE SPEN; for change of venue to
the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, after arguments z
by counsel for the Intervenor and counsel for the Defendant, LAWRENCE F.
BRINSTER, the Court finding that;
1. The parties, MONROE SPEN, the Intervenor herein, and the
Defendant, LAWRENCE F. BRINSTER, entered into a stipulation on. November 13,
1974, with regard to the sale of land in Saint Lucie County, Florida and
the transferring of the proceeds of said sale to an escrow agent in Saint

Lucie County, Florida, said escrow agent being the Sun Bank of Saint Lucie ~
County;
2. That the Intervenor, MONROE SPEN, in entering into said stipulation
waived his right to object to venue; and

3. That the Court acquire jurisdiction by virtue of said stipulation
which became part of the record in 19?5.
WHEREFORE, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Intervenors,
MONROE SPEN, Motion for Change of Venue i hereby denied.
