E. Defendant's check to Sears Roebuck (Objection reserved
by Plaintiff).
F. Defendant's checks to Crown Refrigeration (Objection
reserved by Plaintiff).
G. Crown Refrigeration invoice number 074518 (Objection
reserved by Plaintiff).
3. OTHER PROVISIONS: Discovery is completed and no amendment
of witness list is to be penaitted.
4. EXPERT WITNESSES: Plaintiff and Defendant reserve the
right to utilize those witnesses listed on the Pre-Trial Statements
which may be qualified as experts at the time of trial.
5. AITNESSES: Only those witnesses listed on the Pre-Trial
Statements of both Plaintiff and Defendant will be permitted to -
testify, except the parties themselves and impeachment witnesses. !
Either party has the right to call any witness listed by any other
party without specifically reserving such right.
