THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this 20th day of November,
1979, and the plaintiffs being represented by Joseph J. DeRoss, Jr.,
and the defendants ROBERT ROTH and WESTERN WORLD INSURANCE COMPANY
and third party defendant ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY having no ob-
jection to the entry of the Amended Complaint attached to plaintiffs'
Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Amend Compalint is

hereby granted; and, it is further ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the P.mended Complaint, a copy of

j which was attached to the Motion to Amend, shall be considered

~ filed and served upon the defendants and third party defendant as of
the date of this Order; and, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the defendants ROBERT ROTH, WESTERN
WORLD INSURANCE COMPANY and ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY shall have
twenty (20) days from the date of this Order within which to move
and plead to the Amended Complaint.
