AIRWICK'S ATTORNEY ON JULY 3, 1979 AND TO
REVERT TO THE ORIGINAL ANSWER 8E.~~
COMES NOW, the Defendant, AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC.,
d/b/a AIRQUATIC by and through its undersigned attorney and respectfully
moves the court for an order permitting it to strike its supplemental
answer 8E served on or about September 5, 1979 and to permit it to
revert to its original answer of July 3, 1979. In support of
said motion, Defendant's attorney would state that he inadvertently

j mistakenly thought that the National Sanitation Foundation Standards
i
~ were 1.0 and 5.0 rather than 10.0 and 50.0 and did not realize the
error until he met with the Defendant's expert, Margis Robinson

~ in preparation for Margis Robinson's deposition in the latter part
of September, 1979. _
