ORDER APPOINTING RECEIVER
This cause came on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion to
Appoint a Receiver, on the 17th day of October, 1979, wherein
it appears the Defendant was given due and proper notice, that
evidence was presented, argument of counsel had, and the Court
being otherwise dulq advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Julian K. Dominick, Jr., Esquire, is hereby appointed
receiver of all property owned by or which may lawfully come
into the possession of GROWERS HARVESTERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
a Florida corporation.
2. Said receiver is hereby authorized, directed, and
empowered to enter upon, receive, recover and take complete,
entire and exclusive possession of all property, things in
action, goods and chattels of the corporation for the express
purpose of enforcing the 3udgment obtained herein.
3. Said receiver shall preserve, maintain, and defend
such possessions and said property, and the Defendant corpora-
tion, its agents and employees are hereby directed to deliver
all property owned by said corporation to said receiver and to
refrain from molesting or interfering with said receiver in
the performance of the power and duties hereby vested in him.
