~4. Said receiver shall have and is hereby given all of
the usual necessar and incidental
y powers of receivers for
the management and maintenance of property owned by the
corporation.

5. The said receiver shall be at liberty to apply to

this Court for further directions in-the premises:

6. The Defendant, its agents and employees, are ordered
to deliver to said receiver all money, property or effects in
any bank or other place or books of account, pertaining to all
property and assets owned by the corporation,

7. This Order shall not be effective until the following `
occurs:
(a) The receiver files a bond, with good and sufficient
surety, to be approved by the Clerk of the Court, in the sum of
i
$100.00, conditioned that the principal shall faithfully
perform the duties of receiver in this action, shall obey all
lawful orders of the Court and shall account for all property
coming into his hands by virtue of his appointment.
