THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on October 24, 1979, and the Court s
having given full consideration to all of evidence, and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband owes the Wife Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars in unpaid
alimony which is hereby reduced to judgment.
2. The Husband is to continue paying to the Wife One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars per month alimony through December 31, 1979, at-which time all
alimony payments shall terminate. Each alimony payment shall be made to
F the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to IONE F. TALLEY.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of Two ($2.00) Dollars as

statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
3. The Wife's attorney, Errol Willes, is hereby awarded Two Hundred
Fifty ($250.00) Dollars attorneys' fees, said fees are to be paid to the
Wife's attorney by the Husband.
4. Jurisdiction of these parties and of this cause is~hereby retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.

Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Florida.
