THIS CAUSE having come on before me on the 15th day of
November, 1979 on the Petition of RICHARD E. SKOG for modifica-
tion, which the Court has determined that GERALDINE SROG was
duly served a copy of same, and a Motion for Default against
GERALDINE SKOG was filed herein on November 9, 1979, and the
Court being further advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment of Dissolution
of Marriage dated May 23, 1978 and filed herein be, and the same
is hereby modified only as hereinafter ordered, and said modifi-
cation to have the same force and effect as if said terms had
been specified in the original Final Judgment dissolving the
marriage of the parties, as follows:

1. VISITATION: That RICHARD E. SKOG shall be entitled
visitation rights with the minor children born of the marriage
of the parties herein, to-wit: DEBORAH SKOG, KRISTINA SKOG,
RICHARD E. SKOG, JR. and DAVID SKOG, for a total of seven days
during the winter vacation breaks from school either in the
State of New York or in the State.~o-f Florida which shall be at
the discretion of RICHARD E. SKOG n further, RICHARD E. SKOG /
shall be entitled to visitation with the minor children named
herein at his place of residence for one month during the summe ~a
school vacation period; further, RICHARD E. SKOG shall be entitled
visitation in the form of telephone conversations with the minor
children named herein at least twice per month, said telephone
conversations to be at a mutually convenient time for the minor
children and RICHARD E. SKOG, such telephone conversations to in-
