In the event this mortgage is subordinate to any other lien of any kind, the Mortgagee, at its option, mayy, in tax of default in the
performance of any covenant or agreement in the prior mortgage or in tax of default in the payment of any indebtedneu secured by any
ocher prior lien when due, declare the entire indebtedness xcured by this mortgage immediately due and payable or the Mortgagee may
perform any such defaulted covenant or agreement to such extent as the Mortgagee may determine or pay any part of the indebtedneu
which is in default with resultant right of subrogation, and the Mortgagoo shall have a lien for any sums so paid-plus interest on said sums
ac the rate of 10°b per annum from the date expended until paid, and the Mortgagee shall have all the powers of acceleration of the entire
indebtedness, including the amount so advanced and ule of the mortgage property should Mortgagor fail to promptly repay any money
so advanced or expended by the Mortgagee.
This mortgage may be assigned by the Mortgagee without the consent or notice to the Mortgagor and when so assigned, the assignee
shall have all the rights and privileges given to the Mortgagee by the provisions of this mortgage and the note secured hereby.
This mortgage is in addition to any other Lien or xcurity heretofore or hereafter given or obtained by the Mortgagee and is not in
satisfaction or in lieu of any other lien or xcurity.
In this mortgage, whenever the context so requires, the masculine gender includes the feminine and or neuter, and the singular
includes the plural. The term "Mortgagor" shall include the heirs, devixes, legatees, successors, administrators and executor of all i
Mortgagors. _
Mortgagor agrees not to further encumber the mortgaged property without the prior written consent of Mortgagee.
