AND BEING the same property conveyed to the Grantors herein
by Deed recorded in Book 2~+6 at Page 321 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, heredita.ments and apputenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever, subject, how-
ever, to that certain oil, gas and mineral lease dated August 26, 1953, and

recorded in Deed Book 186, at page 49 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. In the event oil or other minerals are ever found under the ~
