Lots 1 and 2 of Section 11, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, as sho
in Plat Hook 7, page 13, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Parcel 2: Begin at a monument at the Northeast corner of Parcel "G"
according to the survey of the South 1/2 of Government Lot 5 of Sec-
tion 2, and the North 605.23 feet of Government Lots 1 and 2 of Sec-
lion 11, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, as shown in Plat Book 7, ~
page- 13, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run
I thence North 89 degrees 53 minutes West along the North line, 96.14
feet to the Easterly right of way of State Road A-1-A; thence South
I, 22 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds East along said right of way, 200
feet; thence South 89 degrees 53 minutes East, 94.92 feet; thence
North 22 degrees 26 minutes West 200 feet to the point of beginning.
