ORDER TO SHOW CAIISE
Pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida, you are
notified as follows:
1. The Plaintiff has applied to this Court for a Writ
of Replevin directing that one 1979 Dodge Tradesman Van,
I.D. #B21JE9K317286 be taken from your possession and delivered
to the Plaintiff.
2 . On ~ at o'clock,
in Chambers, Room St. Lucie County Courthouse, Ft.
Pierce, Florida, this Court will hear argument with respect
thereto, and you are advised that this opportunity exists for
j .you to appear and show cause why Writ of Replevin should not be

issued at that time.
3. Service of this Order to Show Cause shall be made
forthwith and not later than 1979.
4. Personal service as provided by law shall be made
on the Defendant if such service is possible or, in the event that
the officer serving this Order is unable personally to serve said
Defendant as provided by law within the time specified in paragraph
3. the officer shall place the Order, together with the Simons,
on or in the claimed property or on the main entrance of the
Defendant's residence, to-wit: 7902 Hibiscus Road, Ft. Pierce,
Florida. The officer's return shall state that the officer was
unable to locate the Defendant, if such is the case, and how the
Order was served.
