6. Non-personal service as provided herein shall be
effective to afford notice to the Defendant of the Order to Show
Cause, but for no other purpose.
7. You are notified that you have the right to file
affidavits on your behalf with the Court and may appear personally
or by way of an attorney and present testimony on your behalf at
the time of the aforesaid hearing. In addition upon a finding by ~
the Court pursuant to Florida Statute 78.067(2), that the Plaintiff
is entitled to possession of the claimed property pending-final
adjudication of the claims of the parties, file with the~Court a
written undertaking executed by a surety approved by the Court in
an amount ,equal to the value of the property to stay any order
authorizing the delivery of the property to the Plaintiff.
-8. If you fail to appear at the hearing scheduled
aforesaid, you will. be deemed to have waived your right to a t
hearing, and in such case the Court may order the Clerk of the
Circuit Court to issue a Writ of Replevin.
