YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by Plaintiff against
you seeking to foreclose a mortgage on the following property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
All that part of the following described lands lying west of
the West right-of-way line of State Road AlA, to wit: The-
North 200 feet of the South 500 feet of Government Lot 1, in
the North half of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, as measured at right angles to the
South-line of said Government Lot 1, as shown on plat of survey
of said Section 23, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
