PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE 4~i'7038 ~ ~
WHEREAS, COMMUNITIES FINANCIAL CORPORATION, formerly INTERSTATE HIGHWAY ,
INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, on December 13, 1971 gave
unto MIAMI NATIONAL BANK a Real Estate Mortgage, said Mortgage was recorded
in Official Records Book 198, at Page 725 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida on December 23, 1971; and
WHEREAS, MIAMI NATIONAL BANK, by virtue of an Assignment of Mortgage,
recorded in Official Records Book 271 at-Page 579 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, did assign,-transfer and convey unto FIRST t
AMERICAN BANK OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, formerly known as FIRST AMERICAN BAiiK
OF LAKE WORTH, N.A. all of its right,-title and interest in that certain
Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that tfie FIRST AMERICAN
BANK OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, formerly known as FIRST AMERICAN BANK OF LAKE
WORTH, N.A. does hereby remise, release and discharge forever from the 1 ien -
and effect of said Mortgage the real property described in the Exhibit "A"
attached hereto.
