BLANKET ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE(S) '
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That MIDWEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, a Florida
corporation, party of the First Part, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars,
lawful money of the United States,-and other valuable considerations, to it in hand
paid by FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND FORKS AND GRAFTON, NORTH
DAKOTA, party of the Second Part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
assigned, transferred and set over and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
assign, transfer and set over unto the said party of the Second Part certain
mortgages encumbering property situated and being in ST. LUCIE County, Florida,
which are described as follows:
See Attached EXHIBIT A
and also the notes or obligations described in said mortgages and the money due and
to become due therein. .
TO-HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the Second Part, its
successors and assigns forever.
