HomeMy WebLinkAbout2590 ~ .r. 1 i 44'7042 ~ ~ t ~3 i AGREEMENT WAIVING RENT THIS AGREEMENT (the"Agreement") made and entered into this 18th day of September 1979, by and between: ~ 3 4 Vi11a Del Sol of Stuart, Inc., ~ a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" and Villa Del Sol, Inc., a non-profit Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"; Landmark Villas, Inc. executed and delivered a lease to Lessee recorded in Official Records•Book 182, Page 1384, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as such lease is amended by agreement recorded in Official Records Book 187, Page 2804, and in Official Records Book 215, Page 772, all of r the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and :ll ref- ; erences to the "lease" mean the lease as amended just described in this paragraph. Lessor is now the owner of the-Lessor's interest in-the lease. 3 4 There is situate upon the demised property improvements cor.~loniy referred to as Villa Del Sol Condominium, such condo- minium being in accordance with Declaration of Condominium re- corded in Official Records Book 182, at ?age 1323, of the Public Records of St. Lucie-County, Florida. ~ Lessee has heretofore executed to certain owners•of units at Villa Del Sol Con~dominiun (such owners being hereinafter re- ~ ferred•to as Sub-Lessees 1 sublease agreements appurtenant to the condominium units oomed by the Sub-Lessees and described in paragraph 2 hereof. The sublease agreements grant to the Sub- . r Lessees certain rights under the lease, aao impose upon the Sub-Lessees certain obligations to-pay 'a portion of the rent due to pursuant to the provisions of the lease.
