NOW THE:tEFORE; KNOW ALL 2~SEN BY .THESE PRESENTS that' the ~

Lessor and the Lessee, for and in consideration of the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuzble consideration,
each paid unto the other, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, do covenant and agree, each with the other,~as follows:
1. The recitals above stated are true and correct.
2. Coumlencing with the installment of rent due the 1st day
of October 1979, Lessor does hereby release-and discharge
the Lessee of its obligation to pay any further rent to Lessor
upon the lease, as such rent is applicable to the following con-
dominium units situate in Villa Del Sol Condominium:

3. Commencing with the installments of rent due by the

Sub-Lessees the 1st day of October 19 i 9, Lessee. does hereby
release and discharge the Sub-Lessees of the condominium units
described in this paragraph 3 from any and further obligation
to pay Lessee rent due Lessee upon the subleases heretofore
granted by Lessee to Sub-Lessees, as such subleases are herein
described-and recorded among the Public Records of St. Lucie s
County, Florida.
