The petitioner, RAYMOND J. LINDY, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as
husband of decedent, and sole heir of decedent's estate. Petitioner's
name and address are RAYMOND J. LINDY, 606 S.E. Harbor View Urive,
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, and the name and address of

petitioner`s attorney are set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, COZETTA CAROL LINDY, whose .last known
address was 606 S.E. Harbor View Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida x

33452, and, if known, whose age was 53 and whose social security

number is 294-20-2853 died on October 14, 1979, at Martin ~
,Memorial Hospital, Stuart, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent,
and the ages of any who are minors, are: RAYMOND J. LINDY, husband,
whose address appears above.
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was domiciled in this county.
5. Petitioner, whose address appears above, and who
is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
personal representative of decedent's estate is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because
he was so appointed by the Last Will and Testament of decedent.
