. 6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
of this estate are intangible assets owned in the State of
Florida, Ohio, and Illinois and cash in the State of Florida
and real property in .the State of Florida, having an approximate
value of $400,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
December 11, 1978, and a codicil thereto dated August 9, 1979,

accompany this petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will and
codicil thereto be admitted to probate and that he be appointed
personal representative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my }
knowledge and belief.
