This cause having come on for consideration pursuant to
Section 744.464, Florida Statutes, related to the competency of
the above person, Dawn sherrin Incompetent, and it
appearing that the medical staff of Florida State Hospital, Chatt-
ahoochee, Florida, has executed and filed with the Clerk of this
Court, a Certificate of Competency, and the State Attorney for this
circuit has formally waived any-objection to the restoration of
competency to Dawn sherrin and the court being
otherwise fully advised, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED: ;
1. That pursuant to the authority vested in this court by
Dawn Sherrin is
Section 744.464, Florida Statutes,

determined to be capable of managing lsi~her own affairs and she
is restored to legal competency.
