the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Teresa L. Hooper,
a single adult

cancel the same of record. The purpose of this Satisfaction of Mortgage i s to evidence the fact
that the above mentioned mortgage loan was never disbursed and closed.
