EXTENSION AGREEMENT
The parties hereto being R. E. SLAY, JR. and BETTY J. SLAY,
his wife, hereinafter referred to as the SLAYS, have contracted and
agreed with REV. WILLIE RIVERS hereinafter referred to as RIYERS, and

~ In consideration of approximately X700.00 being advanced over

and above sums heretofore advanced in the previous agreement and the same
, being a consideration herein, the SLAYS and RIVERS have agreed as follows:

~ 1, That the original agreement dated December 22, 1973 and
recorded in O.R. Book 222, Page 1130, public records of St, Lucie County,
• Florida, which said agreement was assigned to ROY A ROBERSON and recorded

~ in O.R. Book 28, Page 2685, public records of St. Lucie~County, Florida,

on April 13, 1976, was reassigned .from ROY A. ROBERSON to RIYERS and his
then wife who has since died on January 15, 1979, and the certificate
recorded accordingly.
2, That RIVERS has remarried one MARY RIVERS, his present
wife, and to the RIVERS, the SLAYS have extended additional monies as
abovesaid and all parties agree that as of November 1, 1979, the principal
balance owing is 511,000.00 which said sum it is agreed, shall be paid
and payable with payments of X165.00 each month beginning December 1, 1979
and continuing monthly until all sums have been fully paid together with
interest at 10% per annum payable monthly, calculated annually on all sums
from time to time owing.
3. That the real property which is the subject of this agreement
is described as: Lot 20, Block 2, KILLER'S plat of the West half of
East half of SW; of NEB-. of Section 9, Township 35
South, Range 40 East, and the-East 8 feet of the
alley adjacent on the West side, a17 being according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page
43, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. That nothing herein shall mitigate, change or relieve any
of the parties of those required conditions to be met in the original
agreement and subsequent agreements above referred to but that the purpose
and intent of this agreement is to include the additional monies advanced
this date and to include the name of the present Mrs. Rivers.
