without penalty of all sums set out herein and nothing herein reduces or
changes the SLAY'S right and option to assess 3~ additional interest thereon
on all sums not paid within ten days from due date and gives the SLAYS the _

right of acceleration on any and all s:~ms and/or conditions being in default
ten days or more.
6. Nothing herein shali_increese the obl~~caxion of the SLAYS
over and above the driginal obligation and nothing herein shall reduce the
obligation of the RIVERS from that of uaying X11,000.00 at X165.00 per month
plus interest as provided and nothing i~erein requires or obligates the -
SLAYS to file the death certificate of HATTIE RIVERS but that the same
is strictly the responsibility of the RIVERS.
