This cause case on to be heard on the first day of May, 1969,
before the lbnorable Mallace Sample, one of the judges of the above
styled court, and Edward R. LaFond, foreman, and five other jurors, who
being duly sworn in accordance with lar and after i.earlug testimor?y
and charges of the court and being fully advised in the premises, and
having retired to consider their verdict, returned to open court and
returned the following verdict:

the Defendant, TROY SHEARER, and assess his damages as follows:
