Blue Goose Powers, Inc. is Plaintiff and SALAH GOUDA
is Defendant, the same being Case No. 76-283, the said

received full payment of said judgment; and also the owners
and holders of a judgment for costs, dated December 4, 1978
and recorded in O. R. Book 299, page 458, public records
