PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges: .
1. The decedent, Frederick G. Bourquin, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on May 18th, 1979 and Letters i
of Administration were issued to Petitioner on August 2nd, 1979.
2. Petitioner waives the filing of a final accounting. `
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, no claims
were filed and she has made provision for the payment of all taxes
and expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed the required estate tax return with

the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained
and filed with this court evidence of the satisfaction of this
estate's obligation for Florida estate taxes.
5. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of this
estate to Carmela Bourquin, the sole devisee.
6. Petitioner is the only person having an interest in this

proceeding.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof
has been presented that distribution has been made to the sole
devisee, an order be entered discharging Petitioner as personal ~
representative of this estate.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
