ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of SUSAN B. McCARTHY for the appointment of
a guardian of the person and property of DAVID JONATHAN BLAISDELL,
coming on this day to be heard .and it appearing to the court that
said person is incompetent because of age, being a minor child
under the age of 18 years, and that is necessary for a guardian
to be appointed; and the court having jurisdiction and being fully
advised, it is
ADJUDGED that SUSAN B. McCARTHY is hereby appointed as
guardian of the person and property of DAVID JONATHAN BLAISDELL,
incompetent.
~ ADJUDGED FURTHER that said SUSAN B. McCARTHY is

payable to the Governor of the State of Florida or to his successors
