THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court
without the intervention of a jury and the Court finding the
Defendant, ALBERT W. GORE, is indebted to the Plaintiff, SUN
BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, in the amount of $5,000.00 on a -
prvmissory note, with interest in the amount of ~J. ~ Z--
together with attorney fees of $1,500.00 and costs of $34.50;
therefore, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, do hereby recover from said Defendant, ALBERT W.
II GORE, the sum of $ Jam, rJ~S, I Z together with costs in this behalf
expended and herein taxed at $34.50 and a_reasonable attorney fee
