21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty ysan from the date of this Mortgage, may
make Fltture Advances to Borrower. Such Pltture Advances. with interest thereon. shall be scared by this Mortgage when evidenced by

22 Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Mortgage, Lender shall release this Mortgage without charge to Borrower.

awarded by an appellate cond.
